1. Find your broken, unwanted crayons and place in a mold. The rabbit mold from the pix was purchased at Target .
2. Melt them in the microwave for about 3-5 minutes. Please make sure this is done by an adult. The melted crayons are very hot and can burn! Take them out of the microwave and let them cool for about 10-15 min. or until they become solid. If you want them to cool faster, place the mold in the freezer.
Pop them out of the mold and decorate them any way you like. Here is an example of the goodie bag we sent to my daughter's first grade class for their spring baskets.
